In the heart of the charming town of Lucena, this hotel is like a tranquil oasis, with its recovered primitive architectural elements creating a truly serene atmosphere. The comfortable rooms were like cozy nests, providing everything I needed for a delightful stay. Oh, and the breakfast buffet? It was like waking up to a feast fit for royalty! The staff took care of everything with a smile and made me feel like a VIP.
Parking outside is tricky.

Stayed at Hotel Santo Domingo for three nights while exploring the area and biking on the Via Verde. The charming and grand old building was centrally located and the bedrooms were large, comfortable, and had brilliant beds. The staff was really helpful and friendly, providing secure storage for our mountain bikes and even lending us an iPhone charger. The breakfast had a good range of options, including fresh fruit and nice croissants.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Great location and beautiful building, with simple and neat furnishings. The rooms had fully equipped modern facilities and air conditioning and heating. The staff were really helpful and friendly, providing secure storage for our belongings and lending us an iPhone charger. The breakfast had a good range of options including fresh fruit and nice croissants.
The room was small with basic facilities, and some wallpaper was coming off the walls. The location in the town center with narrow streets made it difficult to drive and park, especially with the hotel's elevator access to the car park.

Located in the heart of an old Spanish town, the hotel offers a nice courtyard for dining and socializing. The beds are of a great size for a relaxing night's sleep while the restaurant on the 14th floor provides a scenic view of the surrounding area.
Noise pollution from children running around and screaming can disturb a peaceful evening, while soundproofing is lacking to prevent outside noise from seeping into the rooms.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and had a fantastic time. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and the breakfast was delicious, with lots of different options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the sights and visit local restaurants.
The parking situation was a bit tricky and not well explained. It seemed like there was limited parking available, and we were unsure where to park to avoid getting a ticket. Additionally, some areas of the hotel could have been cleaner, especially in the bathrooms. Nonetheless, these small issues did not detract from our overall enjoyable stay.

Good location near lively dining options and clean accommodations. Friendly staff and comfortable beds were also notable.
Limited food options for breakfast and no working restaurant. Bathroom amenities were outdated and in need of repair.

As backpackers, we loved the friendly and polite staff, perfect customer service, and the centrally located former convent with a beautiful patio. The Via Verde walking/hiking trail is also amazing.
Felt at home, nothing was too much trouble.
